WHERE IS THE LOVE? (Not of BEPs)!

        I see people being raped and molested, innocent kids being raped, unaware people being robbed at gun-point, cars being jacked, house ransacked, senior citizens being compromised. This is what I see everyday  in my daily tabloids of news. Where is the love? 

        What have become of us? Barbarians? Hooligans? Vikings? All these thought used to flash before me whenever I scanned through my daily newspaper every morning.  Don't question me for I don't have the solutions nor do I have any remedy for this. 

         Influential people have tried, songs have been written and sung, religious leaders preached, bureaucrats have suggested solutions which never culminate,  Ministers promised endless promises, that just hung in the air, moral books are being issued and read, the list is endless. Where is the love?

         People, what if? If the one being raped is your sister, your close relative, your BFF?  What if that 'car' was your car? What if your grand parents are being compromised? Let me remind you that I don't have a remedy for all of these. I'm just searching for an answer - where is the love?

        Even when a helping hand is extended by some concerned citizens, they are at the receiving end - being shot at or being beaten. Law enforcers - cops, are not safe either. Are we heading towards total annihilation?  

         With these BIG questions in mind, I am preparing for yet another day with a hope that "At the end of the day, Love will prevail".
